It’s The First Day of Fall…Let’s Eat!

1.Totillia Soup- I didn’t Grow up on this soup but every mom I know in the Military community makes this kind of soup and I got suckered into liking it.  Honestly I love it. Try this  Healthy Flavored packed Recipe from evolvingtable.com Writer London states the dish is 202 calories preserving.

2. Lasagna One of my husbands favorite dishes is lasagna. It’s packed full of carbs and if I make it for him, I guess I’m required by law to eat it right? Well I can’t afford the carbs so I found a recipe By Writer Erin that is less than 300 calories per serving!. She uses eggplant and zucchini and its all done in her handy dandy Crockpot. Check  out Wellplated.com for the recipe.

3. Potato Soup- This is my FAVVVVVorite Soup ever! it’s full or things I can’t have. But not this recipe, Sommer from aspicyperspective.com found a way to cut major calories and let me be great and enjoy this soup. Less than 400 calories! winning.

4.  Chicken Noodle Soup The most Classic of them all. You can’t go wrong with Chicken Noodle Soup, it screams comfort, love and fall. I like to keep a batch of this frozen because my kids pick up all kind of germs from school. Writer Jaclyn has the perfect recipe to get you started for the fall over at cookingclassy.com
