All of the doctor visits and eventually the birth took a toll on me mentally and physically. My fighter for a son was born not breathing, but I didn’t have time to worry. After the birth of my second son, I determined that some women have better experiences because they take better care of their bodies. You have to prepare your body to endure fertility and pregnancy. This includes exercise, vitamins, and healthy foods, before and during your pregnancy. No one is expecting you to be perfect but changing up from the way you usually take care of your body may help with conceiving your miracle. I know that if my body was in better shape, I had the potential to avoid gestational diabetes through pregnancy. For some pregnancy is hard work and for others, conceiving is even more difficult. 1.Stress- I know it ‘s hard not to stress, but having your body in a relaxed state to conceive gives you a better chance at becoming pregnant. Try your best to be confident in your body and know it is capable of conception.
2. Healthy body- as stated above eating correctly and exercise increases your blood flow and over all health to be able to successfully care a baby.
3. Temperature- calmly monitor your temperature each month, because this will tell you when the peak of your ovulation is occurring.
4. Mucus- lastly mucus in the form of a clear, nonfoul smell will likely tell you if you are ovulating, so pay attention to your body.
Fertility Hope
Women all over the world are having trouble conceiving and experiencing that joy they long for. It is a challenge that is more common than some of us realize. I always wonder about what type of experience I will have. I have heard horror stories and stories of euphoria. Only time will tell. I think it’s dope that there’s a device out that can assist couples because fertility treatments certainly aren’t cheap.
